's took to with a heartfelt post dedicated to her late co-star .

The presenter who was well known for presenting , would have turned 51 years old but died earlier this year after a battle with cancer.

Honouring her pal, the property expert shared a photo of them together all smiles as they posed on the beach, alongside a sweet selfie.

Taking to the caption, a heartbroken Jasmine penned: "Happy Heavenly Birthday Jonnie. It doesn't seem possible that it was a year ago already, when we spent that lovely day with our families, on the beach celebrating your 50th birthday.

"We miss you and will always remember the fun times," she concluded.

The 49-year-old was inundated with messages from fans who also wished Jonnie a "happy birthday" and remembered the late star.

This included @hazel.masterson.1 who commented: "I always feel sad when I see him on A Place In The Sun. Also think of his wife and kids."

@Teresafenton added: "Such lovely photos to treasure time has just flown by so sad."

Jonnie, who also starred in Escape the Country, died in February after being diagnosed with lung cancer in 2020, which later spread to his brain.

The TV star was initially given six months to live, but defied the odds and made his illness public after two years.

At the time he said he hoped his diagnosis would inspire people to "make the most of every day".

A statement was posted on the account where he used to share updates on his health confirmed: "It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Jonnie's passing.

"A truly remarkable soul, he fought bravely against cancer with unwavering strength and courage."
