If you have made your reservation by going to the ticket counter and the train is cancelled, then what is the refund process? Actually, if you have booked a ticket from the counter, then you may have to face some problems. Also, its refund will not come to your account. For this, you will have to file TDR i.e. Ticket Deposit Refund. Only after this you will be able to get its refund.
To file TDR, you have to go to the IRCTC website. Where you have to create your account. After this, go to the TD link and enter the PNR number, train number and all other information and enter the OTP, then the complete information of PNR will be visible. After clicking on the refund option, you will get a confirmation message on your mobile screen that you will have to provide the details of the account in which you want to get the refund. This way you will get your money.
