UGC NET December 2024: What has changed?
Two subjects have been added to the UGC NET December 2024 exam. This time this exam will be conducted for 85 subjects. Let us tell you that earlier this exam was conducted for 83 subjects.
UGC NET December 2024: What is the eligibility to apply?
As per the NTA eligibility criteria, candidates with at least 55% marks in a Master's degree or equivalent from a recognized university in subjects like Humanities (including languages), Social Sciences, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc., and 50% marks for reserved categories are eligible to apply for the exam.
Age Limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years of age for JRF. There is no age limit for admission to PhD and Assistant Professor.
