1. First of all, mix all the dry spices well in gram flour.
2. Now prepare a thick paste by mixing water in gram flour.
3. You have to beat the gram flour until it swells well.
4. You can check it by putting it in a bowl, if the gram flour comes above water then understand that it has swollen.
5. Heat oil in a pan and fry small round pakodas of gram flour in it.
6. Now add some asafoetida and salt to the curd and mix well.
7. Add gram flour pakodas and keep it aside for half an hour to swell.
8. While serving, place 4-5 pakodas in a plate and pour some curd on top.
9. Now add salt, red chili powder, roasted cumin. – Add finely chopped coriander over it.
10. Now add green chutney and red tamarind chutney and serve it to the guests at home.
