Drivers in Yorkshire faced huge delays across the region after a lorry full of sawdust caught fire on the M62 earlier today.
Firefighters raced to the scene shortly before 1030am on Friday morning after a JMA lorry burst into flames between junction 22 and junction 23 near Huddersfield.
Flames engulfed the cabin of the large green and white HGV at the side of the eastbound carriageway, while emergency services remain at the scene "damping down".
National Highways says the lorry has now been recovered and the clean up operations was in its "final stages".
