Marcus Rashford appears revitalised – and that’s down to his new girlfriend, not his new manager, according to fans.

Grace's latest post, captioned “style & grace” of her posing at a bar, doesn’t have many of the comments you would normally expect. Instead, it is filled with delighted United fans, who are convinced she is the key to Rashford’s recent success on the pitch.

"God bless you for getting Rashford on form,” one comment reads. “Thank you for bringing back the real Rashford,” another says. Another fan wrote: “My boy Rashy started scoring so you're the reason.” Another added: “We United fans love you, thanks for fixing Rashford, much love towards you and him!”

Other comments sound almost pleading. “Whatever you’re doing for my boy Rashy, don’t stop,” one fan wrote. Another concerned commenter said: “Please don’t break his heart he’s now on form.”

Rashford will be hoping to continue his hot streak when United travel to north London to take on on Wednesday evening. Victory over moved United up to ninth in the table and they are now just four points off the top four.

“It is important with a new coach and a new way of playing, when we are still learning,” Rashford told Sky Sports on Sunday. “We have to back up this performance and win in midweek.

“We all, as individuals, want to get back to our best and then push to improve so even in the bad moments you are doing the right thing. The connection is going to build and grow the more we get used to him.

“He (Amorim) has come in in a busy period and hopefully the connection keeps building and growing. He's come in with a great attitude and it's passed onto the players. The atmosphere is one of the most special things about his club and playing at this great stadium is always a great feeling.

“It is early on but I feel energised and ready for the next game. This game has only just finished but the next one is always the focus for the players.”
