Ingredients for making green chilli chutney
red chilli 3
Round red chilli 3-4
Green chilli 4-5
Garlic cloves 15-20
green garlic leaves
coriander leaves
salt as per taste
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Mustard oil two spoons
half teaspoon cumin
nigella seeds half spoon
Asafoetida
Recipe to make green chilli chutney
-First of all, wash and dry fresh coriander leaves and garlic leaves thoroughly. Do this work a day in advance. So that there is no water content in coriander and garlic. Otherwise the chutney may get spoiled.
-Now take green chillies in the mixer jar, if you want you can take only plain green chillies. The remaining chillies are not necessary.
-Add lots of garlic cloves, green coriander leaves, garlic leaves along with these green chillies.
-Now add one-fourth cup of white vinegar to it for grinding. Keep in mind that water should not be used for grinding. Grind it with the help of vinegar only.
-Mix salt also.
-Now take out the mixture and keep it in a dry glass bowl.
-Put oil in the pan. As soon as the oil is hot, add cumin and nigella seeds. Also add asafoetida.
-Just pour the prepared tadka over the chutney along with oil.
-Mix well. Before filling in an air tight jar, heat the jar with smoke. So that the aroma comes out and the chutney does not get spoiled.
Tasty green chilli and garlic chutney is ready, it will not spoil for about a month.
