There was a stir in the Sikidri Valley of Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, when a bus full of school children going to see the Hundru Waterfall suddenly went out of control and overturned in the valley. After the horrific accident, about two dozen children traveling in the school bus are injured and have been admitted to Medanta Hospital in Ranchi.

The children of Rising Public School Koderma had come to Ranchi on an educational tour. In this context, the children were going on a bus to see Hundru Waterfall, meanwhile the bus went out of control and overturned near Doctor Mod in Sikidiri valley. School children sitting in the bus were injured in an accident when the school bus overturned. Who have been admitted to Medanta Hospital, Erba for better treatment. According to the information received, 60 children and about 10 teachers of Rising Star School Koderma were going on a school bus to Hundru Falls for picnic, during which the incident took place in Sikidiri Valley, about 3 kilometers before Hundru Waterfall.

Let us tell you that this is not the first incident of accident in Sikidiri Valley. Before this incident, in 2022 also, a bus of Saraswati Vidya Mandir School of Buniyad Bigha of Barachatti in Gaya district of Bihar had met with an accident near Doctor Mode on Sikidiri-Hundru Fall road. About 64 children and 6 teachers were traveling in this bus. All of them were going to Hundru Falls for picnic. His bus also overturned in Sikidiri valley. During that time also, more than a dozen children were injured.

Let us tell you that Hundru Fall is famous because water falls from a height of about 320 feet and it is the highest waterfall in the state of Jharkhand. Seeing the water of Swarnarekha River falling from a height of 320 feet is quite exciting in itself. That is why people not only from Jharkhand but also from neighboring states come to Hundru Falls.
