New Delhi: Diljit Dosanjh and AP Dhillon have become the talk of the town after their recent exchange of words shocked music lovers. Now, Badshah has added a new twist to the feud by sharing a cryptic post on social media.
The 39-year-old rapper took to Instagram on Sunday night (December 22, 2024) and urged others not to repeat the mistakes that ‘we’ made. He added, “The world is ours for the taking.”
Badshah highlighted the saying, “If you wanna go fast, go alone, but if you wanna go far, go together.” He even called for unity. Netizens are convinced that Badshah’s cryptic note was a subtle reference to the ongoing feud between Dosanjh and Dhillon.
For the unversed, at Dosanjh’s Indore concert on December 8, 2024, he extended his best wishes to Dhillon and Punjabi singer Karan Aujla, who are also touring India. However, the situation took an unexpected turn on Saturday (December 21, 2024), when Dhillon responded onstage at his Chandigarh show.
Dhillon asked Dosanjh to unblock him on Instagram first before talking to him. He added that he did not wish to discuss ‘what marketing is happening’ but insisted, “First, unblock me.”
In response, Dosanjh shared a screenshot of Dhillon’s profile on his Instagram Story, clarifying that he never blocked him. Dosanjh further stated that while he might have issues with the government, he does not harbor conflicts with fellow artists.
Dosanjh’s next performance is scheduled for December 29, 2024, in Guwahati as part of his Dil-Luminati Tour. This show will mark the concluding act of the Indian leg of his concerts.
