Mayawati, the leader of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), made fun of Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, on Monday for traveling to Parbhani, Maharashtra, which is rife with violence. She accused the Congress of traditionally taking a casteist and disdainful stance toward Dalits and the lower classes and said he was merely coming there to cry crocodile tears.

The output is:”Unfortunate incidents like Parbhani happened as a result of disrespect/insult towards the most revered Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the original architect of the Indian Constitution, and the feeling of inferiority towards his crores of followers,” Mayawati wrote on Monday on X. It has been shown that neither the Congress nor the BJP are their real supporters, and that their goals and programs are wrong.

Mayawati made reference to Gandhi’s visit, saying, “The Congress leader’s visit to Parbhani today is nothing more than crocodile tears because the Congress has always had a casteist and disdainful attitude toward the interests and welfare of Babasaheb and his followers, both during his lifetime and after his death. They only recall the Dalits and lower castes at difficult times.

The relatives of Somnath Vyankat Suryawanshi, 35, who was pursuing his LLB, and Vijay Wakode, another Dalit social worker, who passed away from a heart attack while trying to quell the rioting crowds on December 11–12, will be met by Rahul Gandhi during his short visit to Parbhani.

In order to demand the removal of purported anti-Ambedkar statements made in Parliament, the BSP president also called for a nonviolent statewide protest at district headquarters. She exhorted, “The entire society should unite and make these protests successful,” warning against “deceptive politics” done in Ambedkar’s name.

“The BSP’s self-respect movement aims to empower the ‘Bahujan Samaj’ politically, while other parties merely pretend to champion Ambedkar’s legacy for political gains,” Mayawati said, reaffirming her party’s dedication to its Ambedkarite objective. They are acting dishonestly—they have a dagger beneath their arm while speaking to Ram.

In response to Home Minister Amit Shah’s divisive comments about Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar in Parliament, which they say denigrated the man who drafted the Indian Constitution, the BSP has called for a statewide rally on December 24.
