Last Tuesday, Arvind Kejriwal started registration for Mahila Samman Yojana and Sanjeevani Yojana in Delhi. Chief Minister Atishi and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Monday started registration for Mahila Samman Rashi Yojana from East Kidwai Nagar. Under the scheme, women will be given Rs 2,100 per month. Similarly, registrations for Sanjeevani Yojana for free treatment of elderly people above 60 years of age also started from Jangpura.

Elderly people got the cover of Sanjeevani Yojana
Elderly people who have registered under Sanjeevani Yojana have got another security cover of getting free treatment. AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal along with former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and Chief Minister Atishi started it by registering the elderly in Jangpura Assembly. Kejriwal said that under Sanjeevani Yojana, the Delhi government will bear the entire cost of treatment of elderly people above 60 years of age. There is tremendous enthusiasm among the people regarding Mahila Samman Rashi and Sanjeevani Yojana. Kejriwal said that there are a large number of elderly people in Delhi. All those who register will get its benefit. He said that all treatment is free in Delhi government hospitals, but under the Sanjeevani scheme, elderly people can also get their treatment free in private hospitals.

Mahila Samman Yojana
Arvind Kejriwal had announced Mahila Samman Yojana for women. Under this scheme, the government will send one thousand rupees every month to the accounts of eligible women. At the same time, Kejriwal also talked about giving Rs 2100 to women instead of Rs 1000 after the elections. Kejriwal claims that if AAP government is formed again, this amount will be increased to Rs 2100. According to Arvind Kejriwal, a promise was made last March to deposit some money in every woman's account every month. Every woman above 18 years of age will get the benefit of the scheme. For this, women will have to register. Women who register will start receiving money in their accounts every month.
