Atul Subhash Case New Update: New twists are coming in the suicide case of AI software engineer Atul Subhash. On 9 December, Atul committed suicide in his flat in Bengaluru and since then fresh revelations have been made in the entire case. In this investigation which has been going on for 16 days, it has come to light that some very important things have come to light in the last conversation between Atul and his wife Nikita Singhania.
In his suicide note, Atul narrated the entire story of the night when Nikita was leaving Bangalore. In the note, he wrote how Nikita had told him that she would return and Atul had booked a flight ticket for her. However, when Nikita left Bangalore, she neither spoke properly to Atul nor allowed him to contact his son Vyom. Atul sent messages on WhatsApp several times, but there was no response from Nikita.
Atul also wrote in his suicide note that Nikita had started showing her true colours to him. She had started torturing him mentally and legally. After 9 cases and a demand of Rs 80 lakh per month for maintenance, their condition worsened even more. Along with this, Atul also mentioned the money demanded for settlement in the court and said that the judge and peon of Jaunpur Family Court had also demanded a bribe from him.
Expressing his pain and suffering, Atul also said that if he does not get justice, his ashes should be thrown into the gutter. Now, the case will be heard in the court on December 31, where Nikita and the other accused will be produced again.
This tragic step of Atul and the story behind it is highlighting a huge legal battle, in which a case of mental, physical and legal harassment has come to light. The Bengaluru police are investigating the case in-depth and the accused are being continuously questioned.
