Zara Dar, a model who left her PhD studies to pursue a career in modelling and has earned millions of dollars, has clarified that she is not from Pakistan and that false information is being spread about her.

Images and videos of Zara Dar, a YouTuber and model, went viral on Pakistani and Indian media and social media platforms in recent days. Due to the similarity of her name to another well-known Pakistani influencer, Zara Naeem Dar, rumors began circulating that she was a Pakistani model.

However, Zara Dar herself issued a clarification, stating that she has no connection to Pakistan and requested that her name not be linked with Pakistani influencer Zara Naeem Dar, whom she does not even know.

In a statement on the microblogging site X (formerly Twitter), Zara Dar provided her correct name and emphasized that she has no association with Pakistan.

Zara Dar, who earned millions of US dollars from modelling on adult websites, revealed that her real name is Zara Dersi, and she uses the shortened form of her surname, “Dar,” which led to confusion on social media.

She further explained that she was born and raised in the United States and that her ancestors hail from various regions, including Iran, Europe, the Middle East, and India, but not from Pakistan.

Zara Dar also addressed the spread of deepfake explicit content online using her name and made it clear that this was false and damaging. She also praised the beauty and intelligence of Pakistani influencer Zara Naeem Dar.

It is worth noting that the Pakistani Zara Naeem Dar gained global recognition in 2020 for achieving the highest marks in financial reporting from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

American model Zara Dar had previously shared that she left her PhD studies to begin modelling on the adult website “OnlyFans,” where she earned a million dollars in a short period. She now plans to invest her earnings.
