Greater Noida Authority has taken major action against those doing illegal construction by platting in Tusyana village located in the notified area. On the complaint of the authority, an FIR has been lodged against 18 colonizers at Ecotech 3 police station. Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar has instructed the team to declare these colonizers as land owners within 15 days.
Greater Noida Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar has directed to take strict action by launching a campaign against those doing illegal construction in the notified area. In this regard, an FIR has been lodged in Ecotech 3 police station by Work Circle-3 of the Project Department of Greater Noida Authority, according to which Khasra numbers of Tusyana village are 517, 964, 967, 975, 981, 984, 985, 992 and Illegal construction was being done by the colonizers by plotting on 1007 acres of land.
To stop this, notices were issued several times by the authority. The work was stopped on the spot, but the colonizers were trying to continue the construction by secretly plating. Due to which, on behalf of the project department of the authority, Satyaveer, Sahadat Ali, Dhani alias Dhaniram, Govind Sharma, Sunil Bansal, Harishchandra Arora, Sahadat Khan, Monu Khan, Nizakat Ali, Mohabbat, Dayaram Sharma, Krishna Sharma, Shivram Sharma, Amit Kumar, Ankit, Raju, Dhoom Singh (Farman Saifi) and Naveed Alam under sections 329 (3) and causing damage to public property. FIR has been lodged.
According to the authority, the schemes of the authority are proposed on these lands in the master plan of Greater Noida Authority. Illegal construction would have affected those proposed projects. Due to this, on the complaint of the project department, an FIR has been lodged in Ecotech 3 police station. It has been told that the hard earned money of innocent people was being invested by declaring the lands of these Khasra numbers as freehold.
ACEO of Greater Noida Authority, Prerna Singh has clearly said that no one is allowed to build in the notified area without permission. Strict action will be taken against those who do so. Greater Noida Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar has appealed to the citizens not to waste their hard-earned money by falling into the trap of these colonizers.
