Many times, the real taste of vegetables or pulses does not emerge until onion and tomato seasoning is added to it. Tomato adds sour and tasty flavor to the vegetable. But there are some vegetables in which adding tomato can spoil their taste. If you are adding tomato to these vegetables, it can spoil the entire taste of your food. Let us know those vegetables in which tomato should be avoided.

1. Okra vegetable

Ladyfinger vegetable is a favorite of children and adults. But if you want to maintain the taste of bhindi, then do not add tomatoes to it.

  • Result: Adding tomato may spoil the taste of bhindi, and the vegetable may appear flavorless instead of tasty.

2. Bitter gourd curry

5. Bean curry
