The Mahakumbh Mela 2025 in Prayagraj is expected to draw a huge number of pilgrims, visitors, and VIP/VVIP dignitaries from all over the world, including justices from the Supreme Court and High Court. The Prayagraj Mela Authority has made several arrangements, including accommodations and procedures, to guarantee a flawless experience.

From Paush Purnima on January 13, 2025, to Mahashivratri on February 26, 2025, the spectacular festival will take place over 45 days. It will include unique protocols for dignitaries. There is a specialized control room with officers and staff on duty around the clock.

The government has assigned three more district magistrates, three sub-district magistrates, three naib teshsildars, and four lekhpals to handle protocol.

In order to supervise preparations, Deputy Collector-level officials will also act as sector magistrates in each of the 25 sectors. The goal of these initiatives is to make sure that everyone attending this legendary event has a seamless and enjoyable experience.

50 tour guides and support personnel are being sent to Mahakumbh 2025 to guarantee smooth protocol preparations for notable and extremely distinguished visitors. At five locations across the fair area, circuit houses that can accommodate 250 tents have been set up for lodging.
