Experts say that women should have breakfast between 8 and 10 in the morning. For breakfast, you can have 2 boiled eggs or omelette, 2 slices brown bread or oats paratha, 1 cup milk and apple-banana juice. After breakfast, between 11 and 12 in the morning, you can eat apple, banana, grapes or some peanuts or almonds.
Include these things in lunch
Schedule lunch around 1 pm. In lunch, you can eat some rice, 4-5 rotis, 1 bowl of mixed veg, curd, salad. Be sure to include light snacks in the evening. You can eat nuts with a cup of tea or coffee.

Working women often forget to drink more water. You must drink at least 2 to 4 liters of water daily, due to which you can become a victim of dehydration. One should keep taking water in between while working. You can keep yourself hydrated and energetic by drinking 8-10 glasses of water.
