Ingredients to make Malai Paneer Tikka

– Paneer: 500 grams (cut into square pieces)
– Capsicum: 1 (chopped)
– Onion: 1 (cut into petals)
– Fresh cream (milk): 1/2 cup
– Curd: 1/2 cup (thick)
– Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
– Cashew paste: 2 tablespoons (soak 10-12 cashews in water and grind them)
– Gram flour: 2 tablespoons (roasted)
– Green chilli paste: 1/2 tsp
– Coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
– Kasuri Methi: 1 tsp (roast and crush)
– Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
– Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
– Chaat masala: 1/2 tsp
– Salt: as per taste
– Oil/Butter: for brushing

How to make Malai Paneer Tikka

– Wash the cheese pieces gently and dry them.
– Cut capsicum and onion into square pieces.

prepare marinade
– In a large vessel, add curd, fresh cream, cashew paste, ginger-garlic paste and roasted gram flour.
– Add green chilli paste, kasoori methi, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt.
– Mix well to make a smooth and thick marinade.

Marinate Paneer and Vegetables
– Add pieces of cheese, capsicum and onion in this marinade.
– Mix them gently so that the cheese does not break.
– Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
