The South Central Railway (SCR) has extended the service of a few special trains between different locations in order to handle the increased passenger volume during festival season.

The Monday service for train number 07191 (Kacheguda–Madurai) has been extended from January 27 to March 31. The Wednesday service for train number 07192 (Madurai–Kacheguda) has been extended from January 29 to April 2.

Similar extensions have been made to train numbers 07435 (Kacheguda–Nagercoil) with Friday service from January 24 to March 28, 7436 (Nagercoil – Kacheguda) with Sunday service from January 26 to March 30, 07481 (Tirupati–Secunderabad) with Sunday service from January 26 to March 30, and 07482 (Secunderabad–Tirupati) with Monday service from January 27 to March 31. The Monday, Wednesday, and Friday service of train number 07445 (Kakinada Town-Lingampalli) has been extended till March 31. The Tuesday and Thursday service of train number 07446 (Lingampalli-Kakinada Town) has been prolonged until April 1.
