what materials are needed
Bajra flour- 1 cup
Semolina- half cup
Rice flour – half cup
Ground urad dal – half cup
Carrot – grated
Capsicum – grated
Cauliflower – grated
Green peas – boiled
Sour curd or buttermilk – 1/4 cup
Baking Soda or Eno – 1 packet
Salt- as per taste
Green chilli – finely chopped
Mustard – 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves- 7-8

First of all, take millet flour, semolina, ground urad dal and rice flour in a bowl.
Now add sour curd or buttermilk and salt and mix well.
After this, slowly add water to it and make neither too thick nor too thin batter.
Keep this batter to ferment for about half an hour.
After half an hour, you have to add Eno or baking soda to this mixture, add some water and mix it well.
Also add all the vegetables and mix well once again.

After the batter is ready, you have to take an idli stand, apply oil in it and pour the prepared mixture in it.
Now put it in the stand, cover it with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes.
After some time, remove the lid and check the idli with the help of a knife and after it is cooked, take it out in a plate.
