Paneer- 250 grams
Potato- 2
Gram flour- 2 spoons
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
salt as per taste

method of making
To make Paneer Kofta, put paneer in a big bowl.
Boil potatoes on the other side. After this, add boiled potatoes and gram flour in the same bowl.
After this add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder. Also add salt and mix well.
Then make small balls from this mixture. After this, heat oil in a pan.
Now fry the prepared balls. Fry it on medium flame until it turns golden.
Then place the fried koftas on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
After this, heat oil in a pan to make gravy.
Then when the oil becomes hot, add asafoetida, cumin, onion, ginger-garlic paste in it.
After this, prepare the masala until it turns golden. Now add tomato puree, salt, turmeric to it.
Also add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix well.
Now after the spices are cooked, add a little more cup of water to it and mix well.
Then cover it and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes so that the gravy becomes slightly thick.
After this, mix the fried koftas in hot gravy.
Now after cooking it with gravy for five minutes, add coriander leaves to it.
Now your hot Paneer Kofta is ready.
