Sambhal: District Magistrate (DM) Rajender Pensiya said that the government has received various papers objecting to the ongoing building of the police station near Jama Masjid in Sambhal. But when they were examined, “no rationality” was discovered in them.

Furthermore, just one individual has so far made an in-person approach to the administration; if others do, the appropriate steps will be taken.

Notably, the police facility is being built to strengthen security and surveillance as well as in reaction to recent turmoil.

“Work is underway to build the Satyavrat Police Chowki. Some papers that we got are not registered. Second, nobody has come up to introduce themselves. We looked over the records, but we couldn’t find any sense in them. “We will take the necessary legal action if someone comes to us,” the DM said in an interview with ANI on Tuesday.

Shrish Chandra, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sambhal, said earlier on Monday that the police post’s construction is moving quickly and would be finished in a few days.

“The construction of the post is currently underway,” ASP Chandra told ANI. It will be set up as quickly as feasible. for the comfort of the force residing here.
