If the banks are closed, you can transact through net banking or UPI. You can easily do fixed deposits, recurring deposits, and other types of transactions through net banking. If you want cash, you can use the ATM. ATM facility is available 24 hours. Bank holidays do not affect this. However, in rural areas, many ATMs open as per the bank's schedule.
