It has now become common to get crash detection features with gadgets. Many tech companies are offering this feature with their products. Apple started it with its iPhone and Apple Watch and now Samsung is preparing for it. According to the report, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series will be launched with a car crash detection feature. Samsung Galaxy S25 series is going to be launched on 22 January 2025.

The top-of-the-line model of this series, Galaxy S25 Ultra, may come with a car crash detection feature. This feature is already available in Apple and Google smartphones. Galaxy S25 series smartphones may be available for sale from February 4 for customers who pre-reserve.

Crash detection feature in Galaxy S25 Ultra

According to a report, the Galaxy S25 Ultra may include a crash detection feature through a virtual composite sensor. This sensor will detect any accident by analyzing data from dedicated sensors such as the smartphone's accelerometer and GPS.

However, this feature is currently not active in the latest version of One UI. According to the report, references to this feature were previously found in One UI 5.1.1 and other Samsung devices, such as the Galaxy S24 series and the latest foldable smartphones.

This feature will be operated through a hidden app system called MoccaMobile, which provides code references to turn the virtual sensor on and off. However, the user interface (UI) of this app is not available right now.
