While sharing the post on her Instagram account, Sheetal wrote, “Happy New Year from our little fam ✨.” The first shot featured Sheetal and Vikrant posing for a mirror selfie in the streets, while their little bundle of joy rested in his father’s hands, wearing a beige sweater and beanie. The ‘12th Fail’ actor looked happy in the selfie, and they masked their boy’s face with a kissing emoji. In another picture, Vikrant was seen crossing the road while holding his baby’s stroller, and he was carefully feeding his son in the next shot. The final clip featured a beautiful celebration with firecrackers as the country welcomed the new year.
Vikrant looked stylish in his charming winter clothes, including sweatshirts, denim, and cool caps. Sheetal and Vardaan opted for soft and simple outfits.
On December 2, last year, Vikrant shared a social media post about his short break from acting, which left the industry shocked. His note read, “The last few years and beyond have been phenomenal. I thank each and every one of you for your indelible support. But as I move forward, I realise it's time to recalibrate and go back home. As a husband, father, and son. And also as an actor. So, come 2025, we will meet each other for one last time. Until the time deems right. The last two movies and many years of memories. Thank you again, for everything and everything in between. Forever indebted.”
As many started connecting the announcement to a retirement, the actor himself made it clear that he is not retiring from acting but will surely return after spending enough quality time with his family. He was last seen in ' The Sabarmati Report ', which hit theatres on November 15, 2024.
