A 30-year-old boy dodged the police of nine other states besides Rajasthan, but he has now been caught by the Rajasthan Police. After taking him on remand, strict interrogation was done and now he has been sent to jail.

A boy who studied till 12th is most wanted by the state police.

Police arrested a cunning cyber fraudster Wahid Hussain, who duped thousands of people with the help of fake websites and digital techniques. 30-year-old Wahid, who has studied only till 12th standard, was on the most wanted list of police in five states.

The journey of fraud started during the Corona period.

According to the police, Wahid turned to cybercrime during the Corona period. He wrote a story of becoming a millionaire in one and a half years, but there was a web of fraud behind it. Wahid used to lure people to earn Rs 1200-1500 sitting at home by investing Rs 750 through fake websites.

Operation antivirus

SP Dharmendra Singh Yadav said that under "Operation Anti-Virus" the police laid a trap to catch Wahid. The special team along with Bhimganj police station raided his hideout in Anmol Nagar and arrested him.

Many shocking revelations came to light.

Wahid made many shocking revelations during interrogation. He duped thousands of people using fake websites, debit cards, scanners, pen drives and other technical equipment. Police recovered 29 debit/credit cards, 9 scanners, 11 bank passbooks, 3 pen drives, 1 card reader, 5 SIM cards and other documents from him.

223 FIRs and 10,036 complaints

The police have received information about 223 FIRs and 10,036 complaints against Wahid. A fake QR code-named "Global Books" has also been recovered, which was used for cyber fraud. The police are now investigating Wahid's bank pool account.

Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, MP, UP and Maharashtra police are also searching.

Not only in Rajasthan, Wahid has also committed cyber fraud in Orissa, Uttarakhand, MP, UP and Maharashtra. The state police were searching for him for a long time. Now the information about his arrest is being sent to the concerned states. It has also come to light that apart from these five states, Wahid has targeted 10 states including Delhi and Bengal. There are cases of fraud in some states.
