A New York court has ordered the trial of all three cases simultaneously with two and another on charges of bribery of 265 million US dollars. In the order given by the court, it was said that the hearing of all three cases should be held simultaneously in the same court. The verdict came after the court found that the three cases pertain to similar allegations and transactions. All the three cases were later transferred to the same court.

The hearing will be held together to avoid any conflict.

These cases have been placed before the same judge so that any kind of conflict can be avoided. The civil and criminal case related to the allegations of bribery against the Adani Group has been handed over to the US District Judge Garoffis. These cases will be heard together but they will remain separate. This simply means that the same court will issue orders after hearing the civil and criminal cases.

A spokesman for the U.S. Department of Justice said the criminal case filed before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Crime Case filed before the Eastern District of New York have now been assigned to a judge. But the two cases have not been combined. In November, Adani Group chairman Gautam Adani was charged by US prosecutors with alleged bribery. After the arrival of this news, the stock market is seeing a decline in the shares of Adani Group.

Recently, Gautam Adani and some of his associates were accused in the US that they had paid a bribe of about Rs 2300 crore to win the contract of solar energy. US prosecutors also alleged that this fact was concealed from investors and American banks who raised money for the project. All these allegations were denied by the Adani Group. In a statement issued by the group, it was said that they always follow the law and have not done anything like this.
