Nipa Asharam revealed her secret to fitness was mimicking Ozempic. This is a drug that helps in weight loss but is yet to be confirmed by Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In the post she divulged into the reason behind it. She wrote, “Ozempic and others mimic activity of hormone GLP-1 (a hormone our body produces naturally too!)”
