Crime is not showing any signs of stopping in the national capital Delhi. Now the dead body of a woman has been found inside the bed of her own house. The police arrived on the information of the father of the deceased woman, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem. The deceased woman has been identified as Deepa (24), a resident of Jankipuri area of Dabri. About five years ago, she was married to cab driver Dhanraj. The couple also has a two-year-old daughter. It is suspected that the woman's husband has committed this crime. At present the accused husband is absconding. The police have started searching for him.

In the complaint given by the woman's father to the police, he had talked to his daughter on December 29. Since then his phone is switching off. When he became suspicious, he reached his daughter's house and informed the police because of the foul smell emanating from inside the house. After this information, the police reached the spot and opened the bed and found the dead body of the woman inside. The body was badly decomposed. At present, the police have taken the body into their custody and sent it for post-mortem. The woman's husband told during police interrogation that both of them were living on rent in Dabri since marriage.

Son-in-law suspected of murder

He told that his daughter was living with her maternal uncle at the time of the incident. According to DCP Dwarka, a case has been registered against an unknown person on the complaint of Raghu Nagar resident Ashok Chauhan, father of the deceased woman. Ashok Chauhan has expressed doubt on his son-in-law Dhanraj in this matter. Therefore, the police has started every possible effort to arrest Dhanraj. For this, the police have formed different teams. Besides, efforts are also being made to trace his location with the help of electronic surveillance.

Family discord may be the reason

According to the police, the reason for this incident could be family dispute. However, no concrete reason for the incident has come to light yet. According to the DCP, the accused and the woman were alone in the house at the time of the incident. His daughter was in her maternal home. It is suspected that during this time there was a fight between them and during this fight, the accused, after killing Deepa, put her body in the bed and fled from the spot.
