Actor-director Justin Baldoni is reportedly planning to sue his after she accused him of sexual harassment.
Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, spoke to NBC about the same.
While no details of the lawsuit have been revealed yet, the lawyer said that Baldoni is willing to disclose the texts he had exchanged with Lively prior to and during the shoot.
"I am more than willing to take every single text message that exists out there, lay them out, put them on a website for the world to see, have them see the truth and determine the truth for themselves," Freedman said.
On December 20, Lively filed a complaint with California's civil rights department, accusing Baldoni, who directed It Ends with Us, along with his production company and PR team, of fostering a hostile work environment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her. In the complaint, Lively alleged inappropriate actions by Baldoni, which included entering her dressing room while she was breastfeeding and .
On December 22, the New York Times reported on the harassment Lively claims to have endured, as well as the alleged efforts by Baldoni and his team to discredit her. Baldoni swiftly denied the accusations and, on December 31, filed a $250 million libel lawsuit against the publication.
