Hundreds of pregnant grey seals haul themselves onto the of east Norfolk and between November and January, they give birth to their pups.

The four mile walk between Winterton and Horsey will take you along the England Coast Path.

Keep an eye out for the baby pups which can be spotted among the - these animals triple in weight over three weeks after birth.

One visitor on who visited Horsey beach and saw the seals said: "Amazing experience. We came in November, there was a whole colony of seals resting on the beach, going in and out of the water, seal mums feeding their babies.

"Beautiful natural scenery to watch - the shore is also lovely and natural, miles of sand dunes."

After your walk, you can head inland to Horsey which is a scenic village.

In the area, you can visit its National Trust-owned 'mill' which is a four-storey brick windpump, and round-towered thatched church.

You can also take a stop off at a traditional country pub, The Nelson Head has an open fire when it is cold and is a in the area.

Finally, you can visit All Saint's Church which is an ancient Saxon Church, with a round tower and thatched roof serving the village of Horsey.
