Want to lose weight but can't control a healthy diet? Many people are unable to follow a balanced diet due to their busy schedules, which results in weight gain and various diseases. If you are not able to follow a healthy diet, then as per the advice of the dietician, stop consuming any kind of carbohydrate foods after 6 pm. Consuming carbs at night increases problems with digestion, sleep quality, and fat storage, which negatively impacts your health. Therefore, completely ignore roti, rice, flour etc. after 6 pm.

Along with stopping carbohydrates, consume protein rich foods till 6 pm in the evening. Protein rich foods are also high in fiber, which will keep you feeling full for longer. With this you will be able to stay away from any unhealthy foods at night.
