According to the leak, the Vivo X200s will feature a 6.67-inch OLED LTPS flat display panel with a 1.5K resolution, offering a high level of sharpness and vibrant colors. The use of an LTPS OLED panel suggests improved power efficiency and better thermal management, which is ideal for a premium smartphone.
In addition, the display will have extremely narrow bezels, delivering a sleek, modern look and maximizing the screen-to-body ratio. These details align with previous reports shared by another notable tipster, Smart Pikachu, in November.
Under the hood, the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset is expected to power the Vivo X200s. This processor is said to be an enhanced version of the Dimensity 9400, offering higher clock speeds and improved performance. The Dimensity 9400 Plus is anticipated to launch in the coming months, making the X200s one of the first smartphones to feature this next-gen SoC. Users can expect seamless multitasking, superior gaming performance, and better overall efficiency.
Design-wise, the Vivo X200s is tipped to retain the circular camera module seen on its predecessor. While an exact launch date for the Vivo X200s remains unclear, industry speculation suggests that the device could debut in April 2025, following the six-month release pattern Vivo has previously adopted. It’s important to note that the X100s, the predecessor of the X200s, was introduced at a starting price of CNY 4,999 (~₹58,618). If Vivo continues with a similar pricing strategy, the X200s could be positioned as a premium mid-range offering.
However, like its predecessor, the Vivo X200s is expected to be exclusive to the Chinese market, with no immediate plans for a global launch.
