Chum Darang 's mother and sister recently joined Times of India TV for an exclusive chat, sharing insights about Chum's kind-hearted nature and her growing bond with Karan Veer Mehra . They discussed the duo's feelings for each other . In an exclusive statement, Chum Darang’s sister addressed the rumours surrounding her relationship with Karan Veer Mehra . She stated, "They are both grown-up adults and capable of making their own decisions." Her response highlights a supportive stance amidst ongoing speculation.

When asked how the family would feel if Chum decides to take her relationship with Karan Veer Mehra forward, her sister responded, "Chum and Karan’s friendship is very genuine and if after the show, Chum wants to give this relationship a different name or take it one step ahead, it is absolutely her call. It is totally upon them, they both are grown up adults, mature people and they can take their own decisions. Humare decisions se kuch hoga nahi, we don’t want to put pressure on her with our decision."

Speaking about Chum and Karan's bond and their feelings for each other, she shared, "She is a very mature person and whatever decision Chum takes, whether it is right or wrong, it will be her own decision. I don’t think she would make a wrong decision for herself and whatever she decides we as a family will support her. Agar Woh dosti ko Sirf dosti rakhna chahti hai toh very good aur agar Woh alag bhi naam Dena chahti hai it is totally on her. From our side they have full support."

Chum's mother spoke about meeting her daughter after three months on Bigg Boss 18 , "I used to watch her on television everyday but due to the family week, I got a chance to meet her personally. I had a very good time with her. She has lost a lot of weight. I could feel her bones. I asked her if she doesn’t get food there."

She further commented about Chum's fierce avatar during tasks and giving tough competition to Rajat Dalal, "I told Rajat personally that you couldn’t win in front of my daughter. Meri beti ne aapko task mein hara diya na. He was laughing. Everybody was good inside the house, all the contestants were very respectful. There was no negativity inside. All the family members were also very good. I had a great time inside the show."
