First of all, peel the carrot and wash it thoroughly. Then grate it. Now heat ghee in the pan and fry the carrots. When it starts getting a light aroma, add one cup milk and semolina and cook well. When all the milk dries, add half a cup of milk powder to it. Turn off the gas. Leave this mixture to cool. Then make small balls. Deep fry it till golden brown. Then keep it immersed in syrup for some time. Now garnish it with dry fruits and serve.
