Corn Onion Paratha

You must have eaten maize roti a lot but its parathas also taste very tasty. It is made with spring onion i.e. green onion. To make it, finely chopped onion is prepared by mixing salt, celery and red chilli powder in flour. Ginger, green chilli paste and coriander leaves enhance its taste. After kneading the dough, paratha is baked on the pan which tastes very tasty.

By now you must have eaten corn flour nachos in packed food. To make it, corn flour, white flour, chilli powder, black pepper, salt and oil are used. All these things are mixed well and the dough is kneaded and then thin rotis are made and cut into desired shapes. They are fried till they become golden and they taste delicious.

Barfi

Corn flour barfi also tastes very tasty. To make it, mawa, milk cream, ghee, turmeric powder, sugar, makhana and cashew almonds are used. If you want, you can also add green cardamom and melon seeds in it. Some people also use pumpkin seeds in it. It looks like a gram flour mill and tastes amazing.
