First of all, its bread which almost everyone would have eaten. To make it, flour is kneaded with lukewarm water and made like normal roti. It is eaten with desi ghee and jaggery or garlic and green chilli chutney. It tastes delicious with both the things.

Millet Laddus

Millet laddus are also delicious to eat. It is made by mixing it with many dry fruits. These laddus are prepared by mixing desi ghee, dry fruits and sugar in roasted millet.

Millet Khichdi

Bajra khichdi tastes delicious. It is the most famous dish of Rajasthan which is eaten with desi ghee. To make millet, it is soaked overnight and then its khichdi is prepared. Garlic, onion, tomato, capsicum, beetroot, carrot, coriander and green vegetables are used in this khichdi.

Millet Methi Kachori

Delicious Kachori is also prepared by mixing millet with fenugreek. To make this, salt and celery are added to the flour, fenugreek leaves are boiled, ground and flour is applied. After this, hot Kachori is prepared, which is eaten with Dum Aloo.

Millet Salt Pare

The way we make salt pares made from flour. In this way, pares can be prepared by adding celery and salt to millet flour and mixing it with ghee. These can be kept as snacks for a few days.
