While working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali is the dream for many big actors Govinda turned down the role in the blockbuster film. Regarding this the actors wife Sunita says I was surprised that how can someone offer such a small role to such a big star. She says that her husband handled the situation very calmly but if she were in his place she probably would not have been able to do so.
