The BPSC 70th PT exam was conducted on 13 December at various examination centers in Bihar. Since the day of the examination, the candidates have been demanding its cancellation and re-conduct by alleging irregularities. Candidates allege that the paper was given late to the students at Bapu Exam Center in Patna and the seal of the paper was already open. Due to this, the angry candidates went to another examination room and threw the sheets and papers of other students. This incident has also been confirmed by CCTV cameras installed in the examination room.

After this, after investigation, BPSC canceled the examination of only the Bapu Exam Center, and a re-exam was held on 4 January at 22 examination centers. A total of 5,943 candidates appeared in this examination, while 8,111 candidates had downloaded the admit card. At the same time, on December 13, only 5,500 candidates had come to take the exam at Bapu Examination Center in Patna, while admit cards were issued to more than 12 thousand candidates.

When can the result come

According to information received from sources, the result of the BPSC 70th Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination can be released between 25 to 30 January this month. However, the Commission has not yet issued any official notice regarding this on its official website, which can be released at any time. A total of 2,035 vacant posts will be filled through this recruitment examination.

The main exam will be held in April.
