He has openly discussed things like his training, diet and routine etc. He told in an interview that he is not at all careful while eating and drinking. They eat whatever they get. But this time he has controlled himself. Due to this it also helped him in losing weight.

Neeraj is fond of eating and drinking

Neeraj Chopra recently gave an interview to 'The Lallantop'. In the interview, Neeraj was asked where his training is going on these days. In response to this, Neeraj said, 'I was in South Africa a few days ago. There is a lot of travel going on right now. Moving here and there more. When I came to India a few days ago, I had a surgery. I was at home and ate and drank too much, so my weight increased. So with great difficulty I have lost 7-8 kg. This time I am controlling my eating and drinking. Feeling very good'.

Weed and straw, everything is rubbed…

Next, Neeraj was asked, 'Are you not eating churma?' On this Neeraj said, 'I ate but very little. Otherwise my job of eating and drinking is bad. But this time I am trying to control my diet. Neeraj was again asked, what kind of diet does he have? Laughing at this he said, 'hay straw'. When I live in India, I try to avoid Indian food but this is not possible because I have to eat milk and ghee. On the question of what he eats, the Indian athlete said, 'Any food at home, anything'. Neeraj further laughed and said, sab kuch ragad dete hain (eats everything). But while going out for training, one tries to maintain balance in eating and drinking.

Neeraj sleeps by 11 pm

Neeraj Chopra further said, an athlete's life ranges from room to stadium, from stadium to room. He was asked, how long do he sleep at night? So Neeraj said, 'I sleep by 11 o'clock and wake up by 6:30 in the morning'. After this, after breakfast, Neeraj does workout and training. Neeraj told that he does light training in the morning while he has to undergo heavy training in the evening.
