Sesame-Jaggery Barfi
On the day of Makar Sankranti, sesame and jaggery laddus have great importance. In such a situation, you can make laddus and apart from this, you can also make barbhi made of sesame and jaggery.
-For this you have to clean the sesame seeds and roast them and after it cools down, grind it in a grinder.
-Now heat ghee in a pan and add it while crushing the jaggery. Then you can also add some water into it.
-Keep stirring it so that the mixture does not stick to the pan. Now mix the mixture of jaggery syrup and sesame seeds and cook for some time.
-After this add chopped dry fruits to it.
-Now apply ghee in a plate and add this mixture in it.
-After it cools down, cut it into desired shapes.
Jaggery Kheer
1- To make Jaggery Kheer, first of all soak the rice in water for 2 hours as per requirement.
2-After this take out extra water from it.
3-Put milk to boil in a vessel. When the milk starts boiling, add the rice to the milk and mix well.
4- Keep stirring it with a spoon so that it does not stick to the vessel. Now put jaggery and half cup of water in a vessel and keep it on gas.
5- When the jaggery dissolves completely and the syrup is ready, turn off the gas.
6- When add chopped dry fruits to the kheer and the kheer is cooked, turn off the gas and let it cool.
7- After this, add jaggery syrup to the kheer and mix well.
Peanut Gajak
1- For this, take peanuts as per requirement and peel them.
2- After this, heat ghee in a pan and add jaggery in it, you can also add some water in it.
3-Cook it till it becomes syrup and keep stirring it with a spoon.
4-Now add peanuts to the jaggery syrup and mix well.
5-Now apply ghee in a plate and pour this paste on it and keep it to cool.
Peanut gajak is ready.
