Delhi: Three henchmen of Tillu Tajpuria-Parvesh Maan gang arrested, cache of weapons recovered.

Narela Industrial Area police station of Delhi's Outer North District on Monday arrested 3 operatives of Tillu Tajpuria-Parvesh Maan gang. Two pistols, one revolver and 39 live cartridges have been recovered from the three active members of the arrested Tillu gang. The police have registered a case against the accused under the Arms Act and started investigation.

According to the police, the names of the arrested accused are Deepak alias Prince, Ankit alias Honey and Sagar. Deepak is said to be blacklisted in Narela Industrial Area police station. He has already been involved in three cases registered under murder, extortion and Arms Act. The police had received information about Deepak and his associates from confidential sources. In which he was planning to commit some major crime.

Police formed a special team and arrested

According to a police officer, information was received on January 5 that Deepak was planning a major crime with his associates. After this, a special team of Narela Industrial Area police station was formed. At around 9:35 pm, all three were cordoned off between Holambi Khurd and Kabadi Chowk and arrested. During investigation, a pistol, three live cartridges and 11 additional cartridges were recovered from Deepak.

Used to commit crimes on the instructions of jailed leader

Whereas, a pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from Ankit, while a revolver and 23 live cartridges were recovered from Sagar. Deepak told the police that he has been associated with Tillu Tajpuria-Parvesh Mann gang for many years. At the same time, he works to supply weapons at the behest of the jailed gang. The police are now interrogating these accused so that the remaining links of the gang can be traced.
