Geordie Shore's Holly Hagan flooded with support as she confirms 'overwhelming' diagnosis

has confirmed she has been diagnosed with ADHD, admitting she has suffered an 'intense' 6 months of feeling 'overwhelmed' and 'disorganised'.

The star, 32, took to on Monday (6 January) to update her 4.1M followers of the diagnosis, reaching out to users for their tips and advice going forward.

Sharing a video to her page, Holly candidly wrote: "Starting my 2025 with an ADHD diagnosis. The constant overwhelm, disorganisation, insomnia, misdiagnosed anxiety, previous EDs, inability to focus, forgetfulness, object permanence meaning I literally forget people exist! I've been so incredibly good at masking all of these years and my job has allowed me so much freedom to not get overwhelmed."

, who she shares with husband Jacob Blyth, was the turning point, Holly's post continued: "It's only since becoming a parent and running businesses full time that I have realised I'm not actually functioning well. To the point of thinking if I took 3 hours a week for exercise my business was going to fail, and only having one good night's sleep in 2024."

"These last 6 months have been super intense and even though I am nervous to post this, I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for all the other women sharing their journey and symptoms." She concluded: "I would absolutely love any tips that you have found helpful to keep organised and be less overwhelmed."

Holly, who is qualified as a personal trainer and has her own fitness app, Team Fitty, was flooded with comments of support from her followers. Many offered tips that have worked for them, with one writing: "Welcome to the club Honestly medication has changed my life. You could try it or try lions maine which is natural or magnesium. There is a massive community online keep sharing your experiences & the community will come, it really helps to have people who understand xx"

Another suggested: "Use it as your gift the empathy, the hyper focus, the emotions you feel that others don’t! White boards, phone notes and not thinking of the 10 things you need to do, only 1 at a time. Good days and bad days but it can’t be medicated that I’ll say, medication numbs your personality. X"

While others supported Holly for speaking out, as one fan commented: "You are not alone in this. It is so brave to post this and encourage everyone else."
