There is big news for the candidates looking for a government job in the medical field. Recruitment has been issued by NHM Assam for the vacant post of Community Health Officer (CHO). The last date of application to join this recruitment has been made 10 January 2025. In such a situation, the candidates who fulfill the eligibility for this recruitment can fill out the form by visiting the official website of NHM Assam nhm.assam.gov.in within the stipulated date. Qualification and Criteria

To apply for CHO posts, the candidate should have obtained 6 6-month Certificate Course in Community Health (under IGNOU) along with GNM / B.Sc Nursing. Along with this, the maximum age of the candidate should not be more than 40 years. Candidates coming from the reserved category have been given relaxation in the upper age as per the rules. Age will be calculated keeping in mind 1 January 2025.

Now you have to click on Recruitment Notices/ Advertisements/ Results on the new page.

After this, click on Apply Online and register by filling in all the required details.

After this, the candidates should complete the application form through login submit the form take a printout of it, and keep it safe.

Keep in mind that candidates of all categories can apply for this recruitment free of cost, that is, no fee of any kind is to be deposited with the application form.

Recruitment Details
Through this recruitment, a total of 100 posts of CHO will be recruited. Out of these, 27 posts are reserved for OBC/MOBC, 10 posts for ST(P), 5 posts for ST(H), 7 posts for SC, 4 posts for PWD, 30 posts for Women, and 2 posts for Ex-Servicemen.
