Muskan Nancy James filed a police complaint against her husband Prashant Motwani and his family. The complaint was registered at the Amboli Police Station in Mumbai on December 18 2024 under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including 498-A (cruelty) 323 (causing hurt) 504 (intentional insult) 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (common intention). Why Did She File A Complaint? In her complaint Muskan Nancy James has accused her husband Prashant Motwani along with his mother Jyoti Motwani and his sister actress Hansika Motwani of multiple offences including domestic violence cruelty and financial exploitation. She claims that their interference in her marriage caused her emotional distress damaging her relationship with her husband. According to the FIR Muskan Nancy Jamess mother-in-law and sister-in-law not only created emotional turmoil but also made unreasonable demands for expensive gifts and money. She also alleged that they were involved in fraudulent property dealings. Furthermore she revealed that the ongoing domestic violence and emotional and mental strain led her to develop Bell’s Palsy. In a statement regarding the FIR she confirmed “Yes an FIR has been registered against Prashant Hansika and Jyoti Motwani. I have sought legal assistance now.
