-First of all, cut the cabbage into fine long strips.
-Also add finely chopped onion.
-Now prepare tasty dry masala for pakodas. To make this masala, take freshly grated coconut in a grinder jar.
-Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and seedless tamarind equal to one lemon. Prepare fine powder of all these things.
-Now add this spice to chopped cabbage and mix well.
-Also add rice flour and finely chopped green coriander.
-Add salt to the amount of paste you want to make and make round and flat cutlets.
-Heat oil in a pan and take out the semolina in a plate. Wrap the prepared cutlets in semolina and then put them in hot oil and fry.
