Meet woman who studied at IIT completed MBA from Harvard rejected high-paying job to start her own dream venture; she is.. her business is.. Speaking of her educational qualification Ahana completed her Chemical Engineering degree at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. Later she went on to pursue an MBA at Harvard Business School in the United States (2014-2016). After working at Procter & Gamble and General Mills Ahana decided to quit her high-paying jobs return to India and follow her passion. With financial support from her mother Ahana founded Open Secret in 2019. The idea for her health food business was inspired by Whole Foods in the United States where she developed a keen interest in the snacking industry. Her vision was to offer consumers a healthier alternative to refined sugar and artificial colors by providing better snack options. By 2023 her venture successfully generated a revenue of Rs 120 crore a testament to Ahana’s passion hard work and commitment. Despite facing numerous challenges along the way she overcame them through perseverance and effective strategies. More than 50% of our workforce is composed of women from all walks of life.
