Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life by Blessy Prithviraj Sukumarans hit film Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life was also shortlisted for Oscars in the best film category. This Malayalam film was immensely appreciated by the audience for the actors dedication to play such an impactful role in the film. It will be great to see a regional film like Goat Life winning the 97th Academy Awards. Kanguva A surprising name that got shortlisted for the Oscars was Suriyas flop film Kanguva. Initially the film was expected to be the most-anticipated film in India. Made with a whopping Rs 350 crore budget Kanguva proved to be a huge disaster at the box office. The film managed to earn Rs 100 crore. Soon the film ventured into OTT. The film also featured Bobby Deol and Disha Patani. Swatantra Veer Savarkar Another shocking name that got shortlisted is Randeep Hoodas film Swatantra Veer Savarkar. The film was declared a flop in its few days of its release. It is surprising to see this film making it to the list of 97th Academy Awards.
