Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singhs new apartment is almost ready and it seems like the couple will soon move into their luxurious new house. A recently surfaced video on social media reveals that the construction of the building is almost finished. The apartment is located next to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khans opulent residence Mannat in Bandra Mumbai. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singhs new property is a sea-facing quadruplex located in Bandras Bandstand sea. According to MoneyControl the property is valued at Rs 100 crore and offers 11 266 square feet interior space. Reportedly the residence will feature 1330 square feet of terrace space. The apartment spans floors 16 to 19 of the building. A video shared by the paparazzo account shows that the majority of the construction work is complete. While some scaffolding is still visible it appears that the exterior work is nearly finished. The video also highlights the close proximity of their new home to SRKs bungalow Mannat. Ranveer and Deepika are planning to move as soon as their new residence is ready.
