“People are really waiting to welcome PM Narendra Modi in a big way because this is the first time he is visiting Andhra Pradesh after the elections,” BJP MP Purandeswari remarked. The state has received enormous assistance from the center. The state’s citizens are rather pleased with this.

On January 8, PM Modi will go to Andhra Pradesh to lay the groundwork for projects totaling more than Rs 2 lakh crores.

The Prime Minister of Andhra Pradesh will lay the cornerstone for the first Green Hydrogen Hub under the National Green Hydrogen Mission, the cutting-edge NTPC Green Energy Limited Green Hydrogen Hub Project in Pudimadaka, close to Visakhapatnam.

The project requires an approximate expenditure of Rs 1,85,000 crore, according to the announcement. It will be one of India’s largest integrated green hydrogen production facilities, with a capacity of 1500 TPD green hydrogen and 7500 TPD green hydrogen derivatives, such as green methanol, green urea, and sustainable aviation fuel, mainly aimed at the export market. This will include investment in 20 GW of renewable energy capacities. By 2030, the project will significantly help India reach its goal of 500 GW of non-fossil energy capacity.

In addition, Prime Minister Modi will dedicate the country, lay the foundation stone, and open a number of road and railway projects in Andhra Pradesh totaling more than Rs 19,500 crore. Among these projects is the laying of the foundation stone for the South Coast Railway Headquarters in Visakhapatnam. These initiatives will boost regional social and economic development, lessen traffic, and increase connection.

The Prime Minister will also lay the groundwork for the Bulk Drug Park in Nakkapalli in the Anakapalli district, which will further his goal of providing healthcare that is both cheap and accessible.

According to the statement, the Bulk Drug Park’s close vicinity to the Visakhapatnam-Chennai Industrial Corridor (VCIC) and the Visakhapatnam-Kakinada Petroleum, Chemical, and Petrochemical Investment Region would assist in expediting economic development and provide thousands of jobs.

In the Tirupati District of Andhra Pradesh, the Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone for the Krishnapatnam Industrial Area (KRIS City), which is part of the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor.

The National Industrial Corridor Development Program’s flagship project, the Krishnapatnam Industrial Area (KRIS City), aims to create a greenfield industrial smart city. In addition to generating an estimated one lakh direct and indirect jobs, the project is expected to draw large industrial investments totaling around Rs 10,500 crore, greatly improving lives and advancing regional development.
